#1 in Quebec City at lunch time even though he works for crappy little station almost impossible to hear clearly in the city, surprising really!

And congratulation to Fillion for amazing ratings in the morning, his last ratings at CHOI-FM. Arthur didn't do to well in the morning and Fillion is the main reason for that. Fillion was in the center of all media's attention during the ratings so it's not surprising that everybody wanted to listen to him, especially since we all knew it was about to end. Next time Arthur will surprise everybody in the morning.
